Adoptcert represents the integration of various multidiscipline Section Bond services into one complete package. The Adoptcert Scheme offers assurance and protection for Developers, Adopting Parties and Bondsmen by guaranteeing a fixed maximum bond end date of 7 years (2 Year Initial + 5 Year Overrun) for all Section Bonds. This scheme manages and limits the ongoing liability of Section Bond Agreements and offers developers technical support and assistance to facilitate adoption and bond cancellation.
